Received this note from a doctor who did his research for several weeks before implementing interest (via Acceptx) in his three offices. For those worried about the legal implications of interest read this:
“We have found option 3 {in Acceptx} to be an excellent way to start treatment with little down and low monthly payments. The administration fee has not been an issue. We fully disclose all fees associated with option 3.”
“When option 3 is presented we fully explained associated fees. Inform before you perform.”
“I contacted the AAO legal office for clarification and as long as it is disclosed it is just fine.”
